Sales Supervisor
Job Description
The Sales Supervisor is vital in providing excellent customer service and increasing company revenue. They lead sales operations, manage the sales team, and aim to grow sales while reducing customer turnover. They oversee sales department management, account management, business analytics, and channel development, working closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Accounting. They report to the Sales Manager to ensure alignment with company policies and operations.
Objectives and Responsibilities:
Develops creative sales strategies focused on client satisfaction and revenue generation, setting and exceeding business goals.
Reviews sales strategies for improvement and communicates findings to the Sales Manager with strategic proposals.
Conducts research and analysis on sales performance, delivering timely reports to identify marketing strategy improvements and opportunities.
Assesses resource needs for optimal sales department performance, tracking activities and reporting to the Sales Manager.
Maintains and develops relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners, ensuring service-oriented interactions.
Accompanies salespeople on customer visits to evaluate performance and market trends.
Visits key cities to strengthen business partnerships when feasible.
Reviews sales orders and account records to understand market conditions and customer status.
Promotes the brand to enhance business awareness and relationships.
Identifies and develops new market opportunities, staying informed on industry trends and best practices.
Communicates market insights to maximize sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborates with finance and marketing to ensure sales objectives are aligned with business goals, working with the Sales Manager on new strategies.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Meet sales targets and goals in the VisMin Territory.
Supervise the VisMin Team, including sales representatives, assistants, and engineers.
Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives.
Build a new customer base and retain existing customers through prompt service.
Track team performance and evaluate monthly.
Guide sales personnel in setting individual goals and objectives.
Coordinate with organization members, suppliers, vendors, and clients.
Analyze expenditures to meet budget requirements.
Review market analyses to develop sales campaigns.
Coordinate with accounts receivables for balance collection.
Monitor inventory, investment, and brand competitors in the territory.
Adhere to organizational policies and perform administrative duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 Years of working experience in the distribution channel market is required for this position.
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites
